We’re a private, U.S.-based team with expertise across healthcare, technology, and legal support. Our diverse backgrounds include Physician Assistant Studies (MS, PA-C), Nursing (MSN, NP; BSN, RN), Pharmacology (PhD), Medical Assisting (AA), Paralegal Studies (BS), Computer Science (BS), and Data Science and Analysis (MS).

Our Story & Impact

More than 15 years ago, I was working as a medical assistant at a small medical office in Pennsylvania. At the time, we regularly received boxes of medical records from law firms, often duplicated, disorganized, and filled with irrelevant information. What should have taken the doctor a few hours to review for an IME or medical opinion turned into days of frustration and wasted time.

Each month, we destroyed thousands of pages that were never reviewed. Eventually, the doctor began charging clients based on the volume of records submitted, not because he reviewed every page, but because we had to sort through so much just to find what mattered. I was the one manually separating, organizing, and preparing those records by hand.

That was when I saw the problem and realized there had to be a better way.

I decided to create a solution.

At first, it was just me, organizing records chronologically and by provider using paper, binders, and highlighters. But as more files began arriving digitally, including Word documents, PDFs, and scanned images, I recognized the potential to modernize. I started building a team of software engineers, computer science graduates, nurses seeking part-time work, and paralegals who could contribute their legal knowledge.

Together, we built a system designed for accuracy, speed, and flexibility.

Over time, we’ve processed millions of pages, supported thousands of cases, and helped both law firms and medical experts reduce review time, cut costs, and meet deadlines with confidence. Our work not only improves workflows and outcomes, it also minimizes paper waste and eliminates unnecessary effort.

Moreover, because we believe in giving back, a portion of our revenue goes toward supporting local food banks, helping feed hungry children, and funding educational resources for students in need. Every project we complete isn’t just a win for your team. It’s a small win for the community too
