Our standard turnaround time is 1–2 business days, depending on the volume and complexity of the records. We process approximately 1,000 pages per day.

We uphold the highest privacy standards, with full HIPAA compliance and ongoing training for all employees. All files are handled with strict confidentiality protocols.
Payment is due upon delivery of services. Payments delayed more than 30 days will incur a 5% late fee every month. We currently accept payment by check only.
Yes, you may cancel your service within 24 hours of placing the order. Cancellations made after that period may be subject to a cancellation fee depending on work already completed.
If you identify any missing records, please notify our support team within 7 days of delivery. We will review and address the issue promptly.
Records can be submitted via secure, encrypted links (e.g., Dropbox, Google Drive, or HIPAA-compliant cloud storage) via secured email. Please contact us if you need help setting this up.
No. All fees are clearly outlined in our published Fee Schedule. There are no hidden charges or unexpected add-ons.
Yes. We offer expedited (RUSH) services for an additional 50% of the total service fee. Let us know your deadline when submitting the order.
Yes. A signed BAA is required before we begin working with any Protected Health Information (PHI). We will provide one during onboarding.
Yes. Our services are typically billable to the case and can be included in legal cost recovery. Please check with your accounting department or client agreement for details.
